At MercyTree Foundation, we are committed to improving heart health and reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases in communities across Sub-Saharan Africa. Through education, prevention, and early detection, we empower individuals and families to take charge of their heart health.
Program Components
- Heart Strong Program
We provide free cholesterol and blood pressure checks along with community education sessions on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and stress management to help prevent heart disease. - Move for Your Heart
Through fitness initiatives, community awareness walks, and physical activity campaigns, we encourage people of all ages to stay active and build habits that strengthen the heart. - CPR for Life
We train community members, caregivers, and youth in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to ensure more people are equipped with lifesaving skills during cardiac emergencies.
Our Goal
The Cardiovascular Health Program aims to reduce preventable heart-related illnesses and deaths by promoting awareness, prevention, and lifesaving skills that protect communities.
